Two independent 5/6-a-side 3G pitches in the heart of Willen Lake, one of Milton Keynes’ most popular leisure destinations. Both pitches are fully enclosed and floodlit, providing a great environment for football throughout the day and into the evening. Pitches can be hired individually or together.
We operate the facility through a long-term partnership with The Parks Trust. Together, we transformed what were once dilapidated and disused ball courts into a thriving community football facility, now used year-round by teams, groups, businesses and local organisations across Milton Keynes.

Pitch rules
Footwear for the 3G pitches
- YesClean football boots with moulded plastic or rubber studs
- YesClean Astro turf trainers with multi-stud dimpled rubber soles
- YesClean flat-soled trainers
- NoMetal or metal-tipped studs
- NoBladed boots
- NoMuddy footwear. Clean it before you come on
Anyone wearing unsuitable footwear will be asked to change or leave, and no refund will be given.
Spectators are not permitted on the artificial grass playing surface.

Our 8ft × 4ft high-quality pitch-side advertising boards provide prominent, year-round exposure around our 3G football pitches, in the heart of one of Milton Keynes’ busiest leisure destinations.
Advertising is just £500 per year, plus print costs, offering an affordable way for local businesses and brands to support community sport while increasing their visibility.
Pitch-side advertising is managed independently by Willen Media, rather than Kick Off Sports. All advertising enquiries should be sent directly to Neil.

What are the opening hours?
8am to 10pm, every day of the year including bank holidays.
How many pitches are there?
Two, both fully enclosed and floodlit. They are independent pitches, each suited to 5 or 6-a-side, and they are hired separately. Book one or take both if you need the space.
What does it cost?
Per pitch, per hour: £45 off-peak, which is 8am to 5pm, and £55 peak, 5pm to 10pm. The two pitches are hired separately, so booking both doubles it. Block bookings are quoted separately.
Is there parking?
The car park is pay on arrival and is operated by a third party, not Kick Off Sports. Hirers must pay all applicable parking charges. We do not control the charges, parking terms or availability.
Can we book a block of weeks?
Yes. Send an enquiry with the day, the time and how many weeks you want.
Do you run leagues or pay and play sessions?
Contact us if you are interested in a league or pay-and-play session and we will let you know what is currently available.
Who owns Willen Lake?
Willen Lake is managed by The Parks Trust, the independent charity responsible for 6,000 acres of Milton Keynes parkland. Kick Off Sports operates the 3G pitches through a long-term partnership with The Parks Trust.
