Newport Pagnell terms and conditions

The Leah Williamson Pitch, Newport Pagnell Town FC, Willen Road, Newport Pagnell, MK16 0DF

These terms still require a qualified review of the liability wording before publication.

Booking and payment

Payment is required before the session starts. A single-session booking is confirmed once we have accepted the booking and received payment. Block bookings are invoiced and paid in advance. A payment plan may be agreed for a long-term block booking.

Cancellations and refunds

A single-session booking may be cancelled for a full refund by giving at least seven days' notice. Cancelling a block booking, or a session within a block booking, requires at least 14 days' notice for a full refund. Cancellations made with less than the required notice are non-refundable and the full session fee remains payable. No-shows are non-refundable.

Footwear

All players and match officials must wear clean football boots with moulded plastic or rubber round studs. Astro turf trainers, dimpled or flat-soled footwear, metal or metal-tipped studs and bladed boots are not permitted under any circumstances. Anyone wearing unsuitable footwear will be asked to change or leave, and no refund will be given. A limited number of pairs of suitable boots, in a range of sizes, are available to borrow from the 3G pitch office if required. These requirements are conditions of the Football Foundation warranty, rather than a discretionary Kick Off Sports rule, and must be followed without exception.

Spectators are not permitted on the artificial grass playing surface.

Conduct and safety

Customers, visitors, staff and volunteers must treat one another with respect. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the site at our discretion, including where behaviour is disrespectful, disruptive or unsafe.

Under our safeguarding practices, anyone under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult with a current DBS check. First aid provisions are available on site. Third-party hirers must also bring their own first aid kit and make suitable first aid arrangements for their group.

Food, drink and equipment

Chewing gum and tobacco or nicotine products, including nicotine pouches, are not permitted on the playing surface. Smoking and vaping are not permitted on the pitch or in the spectator areas.

Only water may be taken onto the playing surface. Hot drinks and all other drinks are not permitted.

Liability

CONFIRM: liability wording. Get this checked by someone qualified rather than copied from another site.

Data retention

Enquiry and booking records are retained only for as long as needed to administer the enquiry or booking and meet our legal, tax, accounting and safeguarding obligations. Booking and payment records needed for accounting are normally kept for six years from the end of the financial year they relate to, or longer where the law requires it. Other personal data is securely deleted or anonymised when it is no longer required.

Winter training period

Winter training block bookings are invoiced and paid in advance. A payment plan may be arranged for a long-term block booking.
