About the Pod
Think SIXES – but in a Pod!
If you’ve experienced SIXES Social Cricket, you’ll get the idea – but we’ve put our own unique spin on it. OnStrike Cricket Pod transforms a 10-metre shipping container into a private, soundproof, all-weather indoor cricket batting experience at Willen Lake, Milton Keynes.
Inside, there’s an astroturf cricket wicket, high-speed bowling machine, flexible stumps and target challenges, giving you your own private space to bat, practise, compete with friends or simply have a go at cricket.
Whether you’re working on your technique, timing and reactions, getting extra batting practice between matches, or just having fun hitting balls with friends, the Cricket Pod is suitable for children and adults, beginners and experienced cricketers.
