TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRE: Payment Payment for bookings must be made via invoice, paying via bank transfer into the bank account details on the invoice. Payments must be made by the due date on the invoice. Failure to do so may result in your booking being cancelled. Cancellation of a session The hirer will be billed for all sessions booked in over the Winter training period as agreed with by Newport Pagnell Town fc CASC. Hirers will not be billed for the agreed Christmas period 23rd December 2024 to 3rd January 2025. Unless the hirer wishes to make an additional booking for between these dates. Applications. Applications for hire shall be made, in writing/email, on behalf of the CASC, on forms obtainable from the Manager stating the purpose of the hiring. The manager has the right to refuse any application without having to give any reason for such refusal. The centre reserves the right to amend these conditions and regulations art any time without prior notice. Period of Hiring Dates and times of hire required must be clearly stated on the application form. All areas will be fully vacated prior to the completion of the period of hiring. Any damage caused to any of the facility or its equipment by the booking party before, during or after the booking session shall be billed to the lead booker. During the period of hiring the hirer is to be responsible for: The efficient supervision of the area including (without prejudice to the generality of the above). The effective control and care of any present children associated to the group. The preservation of good order and decency in the area. Statutory Requirements The hirer must not do or permit any act matter or thing that would or might constitute a breach of any statutory requirement affecting the centre or which would or might invalidate in whole or in part any insurance effected in respect of the Centre. •Food is not permitted within any area of the pitch. But food is allowed in the spectator area. •Absolutely no smoking in any area of the pitch or spectator areas. •Any person that appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs or intoxicated will be refused access/entry to the site. •It is the lead booker’s responsibility to inform all of their group that they play on the facility at their own risk and are responsible for their own actions. Footwear PLEASE NOTE: STRICTLY NO BOOTS WITH BLADES! only CLEAN MOULDED STUD footwear is allowed to be worn on the AGP, the management may refuse entry on to the AGP otherwise. Agreement Personal to the Hirer Bookers are responsible for providing their own Public Liability insurance and first aider and first aid equipment. Although First Aid equipment/assistance is provided. The benefit of the agreement is personal to the hirer and is not assignable or capable of being sub-hired unless agreed with the management.
